The Unconscious Mind, the place where possibilities beyond our imagination reside! a place that knows no limits, and still knows how our deepest desires and longings can be fulfilled. Can this part hold the key to our freedom from the challenges and frustrations of life? Can it open the doors to abundance, happiness and intimacy that we always dreamed of and make them reality?
The answer is YES!
I have been a hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro -linguistic Programing) Master Practitioner for over a decade, and I can tell you that it’s very easy to tap into your Unconscious Potential, I know because I did it and it worked! But before I show you the steps to do that, allow me first to explain my theory of what the unconscious mind is.
Most people would assume that the unconscious mind resides somewhere in the head, more specifically on the backside of the brain, that is not true. The truth is there is no one specific location for the unconscious mind, in fact it doesn’t physically exist! The unconscious mind is a theory (a label) we placed on a collective of processes we are “unconscious” of how they work or what operates them, hence the assumption that there is an unconscious mind responsible for operating all that. So how does the body know to wake you up at the exact time you decided before going to sleep? And what ensures while driving that we reach our destination safely, while our minds are completely occupied by something else? The answer is ... we don’t know, so we assume it’s the Unconscious Mind.
The simplest way to give instructions to your Unconscious Mind so it can fulfill your desires is to talk to it when it wants to listen. The moment you go to bed and try to fall asleep is the moment where your brain frequency lowers, and your unconscious mind become very receptive, that’s the moment when you usually instruct your mind to wake-up at 6:00 am and it responds! That drowsiness before going to sleep is almost a hypnotic state. Once your mind is in that state, you want to tell it of what “will” happen. For example, you might say something like “I will pass next week’s exam with an A”. Make sure you do this daily for at least one week to fully embrace the command. Also make sure you don’t stress while you do this, you can repeat the command as many times as you like, the more the better, just make sure you stop if you feel any stress. If you do this successfully, you will be very impressed of how things may manifest for you.
Side note, somethings take more time than a week, others require professional attention if there is some negative emotion, trauma or any form of discomfort. Nonetheless, the technique works 90% of the time.
Over the next posts, I will share with you how certain clients I worked with achieved better performance in school, attracted their dream jobs, and found their ideal partners and the steps they used to get there, make sure you stay tuned on my mailing list, or even better, follow me on Instagram @talal.alaboudi
